Beta Tester Terms

Version 2026-11-03, published November 3, 2026

These terms are between you and WithAI Research, Inc., the company that makes Multiplier (“we”, “us”). You agree to them by ticking the box when you sign up. If you don't agree, please don't use the beta.

1. The beta

Multiplier gives you AI agents that work for you. Each has its own computer in the cloud, and works in the services you connect: your email, calendar, and files. The beta is an early version for a small group of testers, free of charge. Things will change, break, or go away, and we may end the beta, or your place in it, at any time.

2. What Multiplier can access

When you sign in with Google, you allow Multiplier to:

  • Gmail: read and search your mail; write, send, and reply to emails; label, archive, and move messages to the trash. Not delete mail permanently, or change your Gmail settings.
  • Google Calendar: see your calendars and events; create, change, and cancel events and reply to invitations.
  • Google Drive: see, download, create, edit, and organize your files. Agents save their own work in a folder called Agent Work.
  • Your Google profile: your name, email address, and picture, to sign you in.

Your agents use this access only for what you ask them, and for routines you set up. They act as you: an email they send comes from your address. An email an agent writes waits for you as a draft with a Send button, unless you clearly ask it to send. Agents can make mistakes, so check work that matters before you rely on it.

You also decide what else your agents get: files you give them, other accounts and keys you connect, and your instructions.

3. Where your data is kept

Your conversations with your agents, the files they make or open, their memory, and your sign-ins are kept on Multiplier's servers in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States, encrypted. Your Google sign-in is encrypted again, with a key kept in the beta's own key vault, and never reaches your agents' computers: they get access that lasts an hour at a time. Your mail, calendar, and Drive stay in Google: your agents read them as they need them, and what they read becomes part of your conversations and their computer's files.

4. Who can see it

  • You. Other testers can't see your agents, conversations, or files, and you can't see theirs.
  • Multiplier's team. You agree that Multiplier's team may read your conversations with your agents, and the emails, events, and files in them or on your agents' computers, to investigate bugs and other problems with the app, to keep it secure, and to make Multiplier work better for you. We record each time one of us opens your conversations. The app also keeps a recording of what you do in Multiplier's own windows for 30 days, which our team may watch for the same reasons, also recorded. We don't otherwise look through your Gmail, Calendar, or Drive.
  • Anthropic, our AI model provider. To answer you, your messages and what your agents read are sent to Anthropic, the maker of Claude, under our business agreement with them.
  • Better Stack, our alerting service. When you reach your usage limit, Better Stack receives your name and that you reached it, and texts that to our team. Nothing you wrote goes to it.
  • Your own Claude account, if you connect it. Routines and slower background work then run on your Claude account, and what they send goes to Anthropic under your account's own terms and privacy settings. Keep Help improve Claude off in Claude's privacy settings, so your emails and files aren't used to train models.
  • Services your agents use for you. When your agents search the web, look up market data, or use a service you connected, that service receives the request your agent makes.
  • Nobody else, unless the law requires it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. No training on your data

We don't use your data, or anything from your Google account, to train AI models, and neither does Anthropic under our agreement with them. Your agents' own notes and memory of your work are used only for you.

6. Your usage limit

Your agents' use of AI models on our account is free up to $300 a month. When you reach it, you'll see “You've hit your monthly chat usage limit.”, and your agents' work on our account stops until the next month. If you've connected your Claude account, your chats carry on there at standard speed instead. Work that runs on your own Claude account doesn't count toward the limit. We may change the limit, and will tell you if we lower it.

When you reach the limit, your name and that you reached it go to Better Stack, the alerting service we use, which texts them to our team (section 4).

7. Leaving, and deleting your data

You can leave at any time. To stop Multiplier using your Google account, disconnect it in Multiplier's Settings, or remove Multiplier at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How long we keep it. Your conversations with your agents, and the files in them, are kept for one year from when each was written, then deleted.

Deleting your account. To delete your account and your data, email ben@multiplier.ai or ask us in the app. We disconnect your Google account at once, and delete your conversations, agents, files, and memory from Multiplier within 30 days, and from our backups within 90 days. We keep only that your account existed, figures with no content (such as how much you used), feedback you chose to send us, and the alerts that named you when you reached your usage limit.

8. Using it well

Use Multiplier lawfully, and only with accounts and data you're allowed to use: if you sign in with a work Google account, make sure your employer allows it. Don't try to reach other people's data, break or overload the service, or use it to harm anyone. What your agents produce isn't investment, legal, or tax advice. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

9. As is

The beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to $100. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

10. Changes, and contact

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we'll ask you to agree again in the app before you carry on. Every version stays at its own address. Questions: ben@multiplier.ai.
